How is DryCare™ different from steamers or traditional laundry?
Unlike steamers, DryCare™ doesn’t use heat or moisture—so there’s no risk of damaging fabric. Compared to laundry, it’s faster, more energy-efficient, and helps preserve your favorite clothing.
Can DryCare™ replace traditional laundry or dry cleaning?
DryCare™ is designed to extend the time between washes or trips to the dry cleaner. While it's not a replacement for cleaning heavily soiled items, it’s ideal for refreshing daily wear, delicate fabrics, and premium garments without water or detergent.
Is DryCare™ truly waterless and detergent-free?
Absolutely. DryCare™ uses activated oxygen—no water, no detergent, and no heat. It sanitizes and neutralizes odors without soaking, spinning, or steaming.
Is it safe for all fabrics?
DryCare™ is safe for most fabric types, including delicate materials like silk and wool. However, we do not recommend using it on leather or sensitive materials that require specialized care. Always check your care label.
How long does a cycle take?
DryCare™ offers three cycles:
Light— 1 item | 20 minutes
Normal— 2 items | 40 minutes
Heavy— 3+ items | 60 minutes
Does it use any scent or fragrance?
DryCare™ features scented filter cartridges available in four fresh fragrances. Each cartridge lasts for over 30 light cleaning cycles.
Is there any maintenance required?
Just keep your DryCare™ system charged and replace the filter cartridges as needed. The app will notify you when it’s time to recharge or replace a filter.
